Following the successful completion of the company's relocation at the end of February 2026, and in response to the significant increase in equipment, upgraded production lines, and newly reorganize production sites, the company organized the 2026 Spring Employee Skills Training Session on March 6 to enhance management standards and strengthen quality control. Tailored to the actual situation, the training focused of our key topics: electrical safety and elevator operation, equipment usage and maintenance, production processes and operating procedures, and TPM and 6S management. The session played an active role in accelerating the restoration of normal production operations.
Through this multi-theme skill training, employees have gained much in safe operation, equipment maintenance, process implementation and on-site management. We hope all participants can apply what they have learned, strictly follow operational standards, integrated TPM and 6S concepts into daily work, achieve safe and standardized production, and raise overall on-site management level.
